We do our best to have packages shipped withing 48 hours whenever possible.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. Please contact USPS or UPS with your tracking number to assist you in resolving this issue.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of your delivery date. Follow or return process and attach your images to the request. We are not responsible for items that are damaged after they have been worn or washed.
ORDER ERROR
If you receive an error with your order,
Please email us at lolamaysboutique@gmail.com within three days of your delivery date with your Order # and an explanation of the error. Please attach any images you fell reflect your challenge.
