Lola May's Return Policy:
Returns must be shipped within 7 business days from the date you received your order. Returns postmarked more than 7 business days from original delivery date will not be eligible for a return.
Returns can be sent by your preferred method or made instore.
Shipping Charges are non-refundable
Return Guidelines:
All returns must be unworn, unwashed, free of odor and in new condition.
All returns must have original Lola May's and designer garment tags ATTACHED.
Include a copy of the order invoice or receipt.
ALL SALE items are nonreturnable and non-refundable
ALL JEWELRY is nonreturnable and non-refundable
All Handbags are nonreturnable and non-refundable
CANDLES/SOAPS/LOTIONS and DIFUSERS are nonreturnable and nonrefundable
The following accessories are nonreturnable: bras, belts, hats, scarves, leggings, gloves, etc.
Each item is photographed to it's very best to display accurate colors, and patterns. Please be aware that various computers and mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective.
IF THESE GUIDELINES ARE NOT MET AND THE RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED, THE REFUND WILL BE OMITTED.
Holiday gifts purchased between November 28th and December 24th must be returned no later than January 6th for a STORE CREDIT. After January 6th the purchase is considered Final Sale.
